The rooms are well-equipped with a powerful fan in the bedroom, ensuring that you stay cool during the warmer months. The beds are comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. It's great to see that the hotel pays attention to detail by providing toothbrushes for their guests. Additionally, breakfast is included in the rate, and they even cater to vegetarians by offering cold boiled eggs on the menu.
I couldn't find any aspects that needed improvement.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, offering a quiet atmosphere and being only 10 minutes away from the airport. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, especially our room. The staff, particularly Giovanni at the front desk, was wonderful and accommodating, offering us another room when we had issues with one of the mattresses. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the Premium Outlet Mall and great restaurants within walking distance made our stay even more enjoyable. it was a great experience.
There was nothing we didn't like. The breakfast offered could have been better, with limited food options and not enough to keep up with the number of guests.

Our food for full English breakfast was outstanding and all the staff were affable and polite. Anson Road bus station located minutes from the hotel was a plus. En suite double room, the service was great. The place was pleasant, nothing too much trouble, would recomand.

No words to describe how I enjoyed location and food. Rooms with toothbrush and sofa bed plus a very good view. The staff did all they can for a nice stay.

Classy hotel in a perfect location very close to the city centre with free parking, obliging personal. They made my stay really comfortable. The venue provided a bar in the reception.
